民族地区中小学教师培训课程设置原则

摘    要:构建科学、合理、适用的教师培训课程,是当前我国中小学教师职后培训研究的重要内容,民族地区中小学教师培训课程既要体现民族地区基础教育的特点,也要反映中小学教师的需求和当代教师教育课程改革的要求.基于此,民族地区中小学教师培训课程设置应遵循五个原则:理论性与实践性相结合的原则、体现民族文化特色原则、分层设计原则、学校本位原则、适应社会发展需要原则.

Abstract:Constructing scientific, reasonable and practical courses for training teachers is the important contents for the research on in -service training for primary and middle school teachers in China. The courses for training primary and middle school teachers in the areas of ethnic groups should have the features of the education in the areas of ethnic groups, meet the teachers' need and reflect the reforming requirements for courses for teacher education. Therefore, there are five principles for offering courses for primary and middle school teachers' training in the areas of ethnic groups, the principle of integrating practice into theory, principle of revealing national cultures, principle of designing the courses at different levels, principle of school - orientation and principle of meeting the social development.
