| 摘 要： | 党建带团建是团的建设实践中探索和总结出来的成功经验，也是高等院校党的建设的一项重要内容。党建带团建核心是“建”、关键是“带”。高等院校的共青团工作要保持可持续发展必须实践“三个代表”，处理好四个关系，加强三方面的教育。
