| Abstract: | The library of the Party School is an important part for constructing the Party's culture.Under the situation of learning the spirit of the Seventeen Sessions of Six CCP Plenary Conferences,the cultural construction of Party School library should be centered on the elements of material cultures,policy cultures and spiritual cultures so that the cultural functions of the library will be fully practiced. |
