| 摘 要： | 曲靖市雨量充沛,但地区分布不均,水资源控制能力较弱,水污染问题比较突出,水资源供需极不平衡,缺乏统一管理.虽然水资源总量相对丰富,但受各种因素制约,供用水矛盾依然十分突出.

| Abstract: | There is adequate rainfall in Qujing but its distribution is unbalanced.Although Qujing is comparatively rich in the total amount of water,there is a sharp conflict of water supply resulted from such restricted factors as : weak ability to control the water,serious water pollution,unbalanced supply of water resource and lack of uniform management. |
