兴斯堡方法的真实性及局限性

现行有机化学教材及实验手册中都将兴斯堡实验作为鉴别伯、仲、叔三类胺的典型反应，认为在兴斯堡条件下叔胺不反应．本作在查阅大量的实验献及进行长期实验验证后，发现叔胺在大多数条件下也能发生兴斯堡反应，且兴斯堡反应在鉴别伯胺和仲胺时有一定的局限性．
