| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校体育中存在着学生事实上的片面发展、大学生的体育素质普遍较低，以及高校体育与竞技体育的疏离等问题．经过反思，提出在高校体育的发展中，应当注重竞技体育的教育作用，努力谋求大学生的健全发展，具体可通过体育理念的更新、体育教学的落实、体育精神的培育和体育教师的修为等途径来实现．

| Abstract: | This thesis discovers there are some problems in university. For example, students can't develop themselves wholly, and their physical qualities are lower,and competitive sports is isolated from physical education in university teaching work and so on. This thesis draws a conclusion that we should emphasis competitive sports' value to school education, strive for students' wholly development. Some methods can be used, such as, renewing idea, carrying P.E teaching correctly, developing students' sportsmanship, promoting teachers' qualities. |
