摘    要:用扫描电镜及显微硬度计分别对热疲劳试样的热疲劳裂纹的萌生及扩展进行精心观察,及裂纹尖端前沿显微硬度分布进行细致的测量,在试验基础上提出了热疲劳裂纹的萌生、扩展以及裂纹尖端前沿热疲劳硬化、软化的机理.

Abstract:The thermal fatigue crack initiation and propagation have been carefully observed on the surfaces of a series of specimens by using an SEM. and the micro-hardness distribu- tion ahead of crack tip has been measured. On the basis or experimental results, the mecha- nism of thermal fatigue crack initiation and propagation, and of thermal fatigue hardening and softening have been proposed.
