摘    要:为判别城市干道绿波协调控制系统的优劣性,考虑绿波系统交通通行规律,提出绿波的不均匀度、通行比例、可达性、车队通行率、出行时间和单车平均延误等效率评价指标.然后通过交通冲突分析,以跟驰车辆速度差作为同向追尾冲突和直右合流冲突等安全评价指标.在此基础上,提出绿波协调控制系统灰色关联评价方法.最后以某干道沿线交叉口为例,对基于数解法的3个绿波协调控制方案进行评价.评价结果表明,第2方案为最优方案,对应最大灰色关联度为0.733,此时数解法的初定带速与理想间距范围较为合理.可见通过构建绿波系统评价体系,提出的干道绿波协调控制系统交通评价方法有助于绿波控制技术的优选与改善.

Abstract:To discriminate the superiority-inferiority of urban arterial green wave coordination control systems, considering the green wave system traffic travel law, efficiency evaluation indexes, which include green wave unevenness, travel proportion, accessibility, traffic platoon travel rate, travel time and average delay per vehicle, were put forward. Then through traffic conflict analysis, following vehicle speed difference was taken as safety evaluation indexes including same-side rear-end conflicts and through-right confluence conflicts. On the basis of above, green wave coordination control system grey correlation evaluation method was proposed. Finally, taking intersections along one arterial as an example, three green wave coordination control schemes based on numerical method were evaluated. Evaluation results show that, the second scheme is the best, corresponding to the largest grey relational grade as 0.733, which means that the original band speed and ideal spacing range chosen by the numerical method in this circumstance are reasonable. It could be seen that, through constructing the green wave system evaluation system, traffic evaluation method put forward for the arterial green wave coordination control system is good for green wave control technique optimization and improvement.
