高速钻削碳纤维复合材料的钻头温度测量研究

摘    要:以钻削碳纤维复合材料为基础,研究碳纤维复合材料在高速钻削过程中切削速度和进给速度对钻头后刀面温度的影响.采用嵌入式人工热电偶的方法对硬质合金钻削刀具进行测温试验,并用LabVIEW软件获得所需的温度数据和温度曲线.测量结果表明:当进给速度恒定时,刀具的后刀面温度随主轴转速的增加而上升.当主轴转速恒定时,刀具的后刀面温度随进给速度的增加而降低.

Abstract:Based on the drilling carbon fiber reinforced plastics, the effects of cutting speed and feed rate on the temperature of flank surface of drill during high speed drilling of carbon fiber reinforced plastics are presented. The embedded thermocouples are adopted to measure the temperature of cemented carbide cutting tools, meanwhile the LabVIEW software is utilized to get the data and curve. The investigations showed that when the feed speed is constant, the temperature of flank surface is increased with increase of spindle speed. When the spindle speed is constant, the temperature is decreased with increase of feed rate.
