对电力系统近区故障开断及高压断路器选择方法的探讨

本文得出两个结论：（１）表明断路器开断能力除了额定开断电流（或者额定断流容量）参数外．还必须包含有一个重要参数──开断短路时断路器触头间恢复电压参数．（２）选择断路器除按通常的方法外，还必须按开断短路时断路器触头间的恢复电压．恢复电压上升速度等参数来选择，且应符合ＧＢ１９８４－８０ 《交流高压断路器》的规定．

A Study on the Short-Line Fault of Power System Opening and the Means of Choosing High-Voltage Circuit-Breakers

The following conclusions are reached in the paper: (1) Besides the parameter of rated interrupting current (or rated interrupting), the ability to open a breaker must include another important parameter-the rating of recovery voltage between contacts of the breaker during the short-circuit breaking. (2) Except the normal methods a breaker must be chosen according to other ratings such as recovery voltage and its rising speed and it must conform with the stipulation of GB 1984-80 "Ac high-voltage Circuit-Breaker".
