基于正交设计的土质相似材料配比试验研究

以黏土、重晶石粉、粉细砂和膨润土为原材料,配制振动台模型试验中的土质相似材料,并基于正交设计方法,通过直接剪切与压缩试验,对影响土质相似材料物理力学参数的各配比因素进行敏感性分析.结果表明,不同配比相似材料的参数取值范围较广,能够满足大部分模型试验对土质相似材料的要求.研究成果可为类似模型试验土质相似材料的配比选取提供参考.

Orthogonal experiment on the of soil similar material

The soil similar materials, which are used in the shaking table model test, are prepared by clay, barite powder, fine sand and bentonite. According to orthogonal design, the physical & mechanical properties of similar materials are analyzed through direct shear tests and confined compression tests. It is shown that the physical & mechanical properties of similar materials vary within a large range, which can satisfy the requirement of similarity for most model tests. According to the prototype slope in Zhangyong Expressway, the 12# ratio and the 8# ratio for the soil similar materials are selected to simulate the silty clay and clay in the shaking table model test. These researches can also provide a reference for the preparation of soil similar material in the other model tests.
