服务老年群体的社区医院可达性分析 ——以合肥市包河区为例

针对服务老年群体的社区医院可达性的研究成果较少且研究方法比较单一等问题,提出问卷调研与地理信息系统结合的方法,以夜光遥感数据估算包河区老年人口并运用Ga2SFCA计算可达性值,分析社区医院对老年人的可达状况.结果表明:包河区各街道社区医院的空间分布不均衡,可达性存在较大差异;可达性与地理位置、人口密度及医疗机构等级相关,老年人口密集会导致可达性降低,医疗机构等级高会提升可达性;增大供需比是提高社区医院可达性的有效途径.

Study on the Accessibility of Community hospitals for the Elderly

With the continuous increase in the medical needs of the elderly, the importance of community hospitals has become more prominent, and the accessibility of community hospitals with the elderly as the main body has been insufficiently studied, with fewer research results and a single research method. Aiming at the above problems, a method combining questionnaire survey and GIS was proposed, the luminous remote sensing data was used to estimate the elderly population in the study area and the accessibility value was calculated using 2SFCA (The Two-Step Floating Catchment Area), the accessibility of the community hospitals for the elderly was comprehensively studied through case analysis.The results are indicated that the spatial distribution of community hospitals in the streets of Baohe District is uneven and the accessibility is quite different; the accessibility is related to geographic location, population density, and medical institution level; the dense population of the elderly leads to reduced accessibility, and higher levels of medical institutions can improve accessibility; increasing the supply-demand ratio is an effective way to improve the accessibility. Comprehensive research can objectively and comprehensively reflect the accessibility situation, and the research results can provide a certain reference for the rational planning of community hospitals.
