| 摘 要： | 建立一个大型公共建筑能耗监测平台,获取建筑各分类分项能耗数据.能耗数据传输至数据中心进行分析处理,把分析处理结果通过网页以图表等形式对外公布.系统按功能分为数据采集子系统、数据传输子系统和数据处理子系统.基于能耗数据监测平台应用模糊控制技术对建筑能耗引入监控环节,约束大型公共建筑的能源消耗,提高建筑运行能效.
