| 摘 要： | 以聚偏氟乙烯粉、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺和添加剂为原料 ,用相转化法制备出对维生素B12 注射液的截留率超过 90 %的超滤膜 ,研究了制膜液组成和其他制膜工艺条件对超滤膜的水通量、截留率和平均孔径的影响 .

| Abstract: | A new type of ultrafiltration membrane with small molecular weight cut-off (MWCO), with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) powder, dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and additive as its raw materials, was prepared by means of phase inversion method. The effects of casting solution components and other preparing conditions on water flux, vitamin B12 rejection and average poresize were investigated. The results can be provided for the industrial production of small MWCO ultrafiltration membrane. |
