| Abstract: | Because of the irrational way of watersupply and lack of excellent control method, large energy is wasted during secondary watersupply. This paper discusses the model of secondary water-supply system that can take advantage of the energy in the muicipal pipeline and its tactics of pumping water. It is foundation of the actual model. |
