橡胶-钢双材料界面断裂的非线性有限元分析

摘    要:采用双剪切试件对橡胶—钢双材料的断裂问题进行有限元分析,得到的试件变形与实验结果吻合较好,同时分析了其界面应力,计算出了不同裂纹深度、不同载荷下的撕裂能,并得出了撕裂能随裂纹深度和载荷的变化关系.

Abstract:An non-linear finite element analysis of interface crack in double shear testpiece of rubber-steel materials has been finished.The numerical results of displacements of testpiece are in close agreement with experimental values.The interface stresses have been discussed.Calculations of tearing energy of different crack depths and different loads have been done for interface cracks in double shear testpiece.At last,the relationship between tearing energy and crack depth are given,so are the relationship between tearing energy and load.
