| 摘 要： | 分析了二维四边形结构PSD的特性,介绍一种基于单片机的数字式二维PSD信号调理电路的设计方法,包括硬件设计,软件非线性校正、背景光和暗电流消除方法等.测试结果表明,用该方法设计的四边形结构PSD具有相当高的线性度和位置测量精度.

| Abstract: | The characteristic of PSD with two dimensional tetra-lateral is analyzed.A design method of signal processing circuit based on single-chip microcomputer for two dimensional PSD is introduced.This method includes hardware design,nonlinear correction by software,elimination of background light and dark current,etc.Testing result shows that the 2D tetra-lateral PSD with this processing circuit is of high linearity and precision. |
