掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土 梁、柱性能研究

摘    要:为探究掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁、柱性能。本文对两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁及一根普通混凝土梁进行三分点静力加载试验,观察试验过程中裂缝的开展以及极限破坏形式。同时对两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土柱及一根普通混凝土柱进行低周往复加载,试验过程中观察裂缝开展、屈服状态以及极限破坏状态。试验结果表明,掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁的破坏状态相同,均为弯曲破坏,荷载、跨中位移、延性性能以及耗能能力差别不大。镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料的掺入没有改变柱子的破坏形态,三根试验柱的水平荷载差别不大。说明两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁的力学性能可以满足普通混凝土梁的要求,两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土柱能够符合普通混凝土柱的抗震性能。

Abstract:To study the precast concrete beams and column properties of composite mineral admixtures with nickel iron slag. the two root with high nickel iron slag composite mineral admixture precast concrete beam and three equinoctial a ordinary concrete beams, the static load, observe the test in the process of crack development and ultimate form. the two root with high nickel iron slag composite mineral admixture precast concrete column and a reciprocating the ordinary concrete columns under cyclic loading, in the process of the test status of cracking, yielding and ultimate state. the test results show that the doped nickel iron slag composite mineral admixture precast concrete beams is the same as the ordinary concrete beam damage state, are bending failure, load, span of displacement, ductility and energy dissipation capacity performance difference is not big. the composite mineral admixture of nickel and iron slag mixed with has not changed the damage form of pillars, the level of the three pillar of test load were similar. the two mixed nickel iron slag composite mineral admixture, the mechanical properties of precast concrete beam can satisfy the requirement of ordinary concrete beam. two root with high nickel iron slag composite mineral admixture precast concrete column can meet the seismic performance of ordinary concrete column.
