摘    要:针对突发性大气污染移动应急系统中存在数据组织和管理困难、应急模拟结果传输和可视化效率低,以及人员撤离指挥不及时等问题展开研究,设计大气污染移动应急系统的数据管理方式.分析移动应急数据的可视化流程,提出利用JSON解决空间数据的传输与移动端的可视化等问题.设计基于位置驱动的人员撤离路径规划策略,提出利用缓存技术、位置驱动、消息推送技术等方法增强移动终端和数据中心的交互能力,提高应急人员指挥撤离和救援调度等问题.最后,设计并实现基于Android平台的突发性大气污染移动应急系统,并进行测试,验证突发性大气污染移动应急关键技术解决方案.

Abstract:Sudden air pollution mobile emergency system exist some difficulties, such as data organization and management difficulties, low efficiency of transmission and visualization of emergency simulation results, evacuation command not in time. In this paper, mobile emergency system of air pollution data management practices was designed to solve these problems. Mobile emergency data visualization process was analyzed, JSON(JavaScript Object Notation) was used to solve the problem of transmission of spatial data and visualization of mobile end. Evacuation path planning strategy based on position was designed. The interaction capability between mobile terminal and data center was enhanced by technology of caching, position drive and information push. The difficulties of emergency personnel evacuation and rescue dispatch were improved by this system. Sudden atmospheric pollution mobile emergency system based on the Android platform was designed and implemented to verify the key technical solutions mentioned in this paper.
