金色链霉菌原生质体的制备

摘    要:对金色链霉菌原生质体制备的具体条件进行了优化研究 .发酵培养基中采用蔗糖浓度 12 %、甘氨酸浓度 0 .5 %、酶解条件采用菌龄为 48h的菌丝、溶菌酶浓度 6mg/mL、酶解时间为 1h制备原生质体 ,原生质体制备率可高达 6 0 %以上 .

Abstract:The conditions of producing and regenerating protoplast of streptomyces aureofaciens were optimized. In culture medium,the better concentration of sugar and glycine were 12% and 0.5% respectively. The optimum conditions of protoplast production of streptomyces aureofaciens were when cells were cultured to 48 h and concentrations of lysine enzyme was added to 6mg/mL and lysine time reached 1?h. The producing rate of protoplast was over 60% under the conditions.
