金色链霉菌原生质体的制备

对金色链霉菌原生质体制备的具体条件进行了优化研究 .发酵培养基中采用蔗糖浓度 12 %、甘氨酸浓度 0 .5 %、酶解条件采用菌龄为 48h的菌丝、溶菌酶浓度 6mg/mL、酶解时间为 1h制备原生质体 ,原生质体制备率可高达 6 0 %以上 .

Production and regeneration of protoplast of streptomyces aureofaciens

The conditions of producing and regenerating protoplast of streptomyces aureofaciens were optimized. In culture medium,the better concentration of sugar and glycine were 12% and 0.5% respectively. The optimum conditions of protoplast production of streptomyces aureofaciens were when cells were cultured to 48 h and concentrations of lysine enzyme was added to 6mg/mL and lysine time reached 1?h. The producing rate of protoplast was over 60% under the conditions.
