压缩式热泵及其压缩机设计的探讨

摘    要:本文论述了压缩式热泵节能的原理,阐明了热泵在低温干燥领域应用的前景;探讨了压缩式热泵中关键设备一压缩机的工作条件,热泵压缩机处于冷凝温度、蒸发温度区域均较宽、较高的工况下运行,势必引起压力比大,排气温度高的结果,由此指出热泵压缩机设计时应注意的事项。

Abstract:This paper demonstrates the principle of compression heat pump energy sa- vings, and states the prospects of heat pump application in the area of low tem- perature drying. Also discussed are the working conditions of the key equipment, the compressor in the compression heat pump. The condensing and evaporating temperature ranges under which the heat pump compressor operates are wide. As a consequence, big compression ratios and high temperature of gas discharge will be brought about. Therefore, what are concerned with the heat pump design should be taken into consideration.
