基于CAN总线的发电机励磁监控系统

摘    要:针对中小水电站现场工作环境恶劣的情况,用多CPU技术设计了基于CAN总线的发电机励磁监控系统,系统由励磁调节器和上位监控计算机构成.励磁调节器内的双微机采用松耦合并行通信方法进行数据交换,调节器中的励磁控制微机经由通信控制微机实现与上位监控计算机的CAN网络通信.介绍了系统的构成、通信方案、通信协议及软硬件设计方法.所设计的系统具有实时性强、可靠性高等特点,在现场运行稳定.

Abstract:The generators often run on severe condition.A supervisory control systems for generator excitation based on CAN bus and multi-CPU technology are proposed to improve its performance.System is composed of excitation regulator and master PC.Double microprocessors of excitation regulator communicate with each other by the way of loose coupling.Master PC communicates with excitation microprocessor through communication microprocessor by the way of CAN.System constitution,communication methods,communication protocol,software and hardware design method are introduced in this paper.The designed systems have better reliability and stability.
