厌氧一微氧生物法处理味精生产废水的研究

摘    要:采用热絮凝、汽提等方法对味精废水进行预处理,COD、NH2-N和SO2-4分别去除50%、80%和60%以上.考察了UASB反应器与CSTR光合反应器厌氧-微氧串联系统治理味精废水效果,在进料COD浓度为25.6g/L条件下,其COD处理能力达3.9kg/dm3,COD去除率达97%.

Abstract:The removal rate or CODs, NH_2-N and SO~2-_4 is more than 50%, 80% and 60% relatively, when monosodium glutamate wastewater is pre-handled by heating flocculation and vapor extraction. The effect of a series process combined by a UASB reactor and a CSTR photobioreactor is researched on biodcgradation of monosodium glutamate wastewatcr. When COD concentration of wastewatcr is 25.6 g/sL, COD removal capacity is 3.9g/d. M~3, and the removal rate of COD is about 97%.
