丙烯酸酯微乳液聚合体系的构建

摘    要:在正交试验探索构建丙烯酸酯微乳液聚合体系的基础上 ,采用目视滴定法考察了助乳化剂对微乳液相行为的影响 ,描绘了微乳液体系的拟三元相图 ,并用电导法将单相微乳液进行了类型分区 .反相微乳液聚合表明 ,虽然正戊醇和丙烯酸都可以作为助乳化剂协同十二烷基硫酸钠形成稳定的单相微乳液 ,但是正戊醇微乳液体系在聚合过程中发生相分离 ,丙烯酸体系则聚合过程稳定 ,得到了透明的聚合物凝胶材料 .

Abstract:The proper emulsifiers to construct microemulsions containing acrylates were ascertained through orthogonal experiments. The influence of co-emulsifier on the formation of single-phase microemulsion was discussed by titration, and both n-pentanol and acrylic acid were proved efficient to stabilize microemulsions together with sodium dodecyl sulphate. The pseudo-ternary phase diagram of title systems were figured out and the borders of inverse, bicontinuous and direct areas in single-phase microemulsion were partitioned with conductivity measurement. It was further found that obvious phase separation occurred during polymerization in the microemulsion containing n-pentanol, while the microemulsion polymerization was stable with AA as co-emulsifier and the transparent polymer gel was obtained.
