摘    要:本文主要研究橡胶接融轮硬度、槽形和工件硬度对金属切除量、砂带磨损、磨削比、磨削力 和工件表面粗糙度的影响,它对砂带磨削时根据不同的工件硬度、不同的技术要求正确选用橡胶接触轮的硬度和槽形提供了依据.

Abstract:The effect of the hardness and form of notch of the rubber contact wheel and hardness of workpiece on the volume of metal removed, wear of belt, grinding ratio, grinding force and the surface roughness of workpiece is studed under research. It has realistic significance for correctly selecting the hardness and form of notch of the rubber contact wheel in respect to various hard ners of workpiece and technical requirements.
