摘    要:建立了顺铂损伤的小鼠模型,通过测定小鼠的体重增长率、肝脏指数以及SOD活力等肝组织抗氧化指标,探讨在注射顺铂前后给予融合蛋白PTD-SOD对顺铂导致的肝脏损伤的保护效应.在注射顺铂后马上注射融合蛋白PTD-SOD的对顺铂导致的肝脏损伤保护效果最好.

Abstract:Our results show a significant reduction of body weight, liver index and hepatic antioxidant ability in injured mice compared with the control animals. Compared with the solo injured animals, PTD-SOD treatment could improve the growth rate and liver index of injured mice, significantly reduce the hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA) content,maintain the SOD activity and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity in liver tissue. PTD-SOD was more effective in increasing activities of hepatic antioxidant enzymes. In summary, PTD-SOD treatment immediately after the injection of cisplatin has better protective effect on cisplatin-induced liver damage than PTD-SOD pretreatment. .
