基于WIM的福建省重载交通公路车辆荷载模型

摘    要:为建立适合福建省重载交通公路的车辆荷载模型,选取车流量大、重载货车比例高的沿海地区,布设2个动态称重(WIM)系统测点。通过对WIM系统长达30个月不间断采集的车流数据的统计分析,得到福建省典型重载交通公路车辆荷载的统计特征,并建立了相应的车辆荷载模型。基于实测模型与现行规范汽车荷载标准,对典型公路简支梁桥和连续梁桥的汽车荷载作用效应进行了分析,结果表明:对福建省重载交通公路桥梁,采用公路—I级汽车荷载标准进行结构设计总体上是安全的,而采用公路—II级汽车荷载标准则偏于不安全。本文所建立的重载交通公路车辆荷载模型可供福建省公路桥梁设计或结构损伤验算时参考。

Abstract:To establish a vehicle load model for heavy load and heavy traffic highway in Fujian Province, two Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) systems were set up in coastal areas of Fujian Province with large traffic flow and high proportion of heavy trucks. Based on the statistical analysis of traffic flow data continuously collected by the WIM systems for 30 months, the statistical characteristics of vehicle loads on typical heavy load and heavy traffic highway in Fujian Province are obtained, and the corresponding vehicle load model is proposed. Effects of both the measured vehicle load and the vehicle load specified by current code on typical highway simple supported and continuous girder bridges were analyzed, and the results show that: it is generally safe to adopt highway class I vehicle load standard for structural design of bridges in heavy load and heavy traffic highway of Fujian Province, but it may lead to unsafety to adopt highway class II vehicle load standard. The vehicle load model proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for highway bridge design or structural damage checking in Fujian Province.
