六方相氮化硼负载铜纳米粒子的制备及其催化还原对硝基苯酚

摘    要:利用一步高温烧结法制备得到稳定的六方相氮化硼(h-BN)负载纳米单质铜复合物Cu/BN,并通过X-射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪以及扫描电子显微镜等仪器对其结构进行表征.另外,将所制备的Cu/BN复合物用于催化还原对硝基苯酚.研究发现,Cu/BN复合物具有良好的稳定性和催化还原对硝基苯酚的性能,利用不同温度下反应速率的线性拟合算出反应的动力学活化能约为110 k J·mol-1.

Abstract:We reported here the synthesis of the stable Cu/BN composites with nano copper dispersing on the h-BN through one-step high heat sintering method. The structural features of the as-obtained composites were characterized by using the x-ray diffraction pattern, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrum and scanning electron microscope. Moreover, the catalytic activities were evaluated by the reduction the p-nitrophenol into p-aminophenol. It is found that the Cu/BN composites have a good stability and activity for the catalytic hydrogenation of p-nitrophenol. The activation energy of this reduction reaction is determined to be about 110kJ/mol.
