容差对子网络级故障诊断的影响

摘    要:本文结合采用间接可测端点作撕裂端点的交叉撕裂诊断法,研究了容差对子网络级故障 诊断的影响.用随机变量分析模拟电路中元件的容差,通过随机模拟实现对容差总的估计,建立 了容差情况下网络级故障诊断的判别式,进而探讨子网络级的故障诊断,提出了元件故障深度、 元件故障的可诊断测度,子网络故障可诊断率等概念.最后,以网络故障的模拟分析来阐明以上 理论.

Abstract:A theory on the effect of tolerrance to fault diagnosis at subnetwork level is pres- ented hereof.The work is based on intersecting-tearing method, in which indirectly testable terminals may be taken as teared terminals to decompose a network. A criterion, for fault diagnosis at subnetwork level under the effect of tolerance, is established. In taking element tolerance as radom variable, and by radom simulation the estimation is done. Furthermore, some new concepts of element fault depth, diagnosable measure of a faulty element, and diagnosable rate of a subnetwork, are introduced for analysis or fault diagnosis at subnetwork levcl. Lastly, our theory is explained through a simulation analysis of a network at fault.
