| Abstract: | This paper takes the waste water engineering in Zhong Huang Road,Fuqing,Fujian Province for an example. It approaches some problems on combination of short-term and long-term planning between waste water engineering construction and waste water planning in city development zone. It is suggested that,in view of ensuring greatest economic and environmental benefits,waste water engineering construction should not only be based on the planning but also meet the needs of development of the city construction. |
