| 摘 要： | 以模糊综合评判基本理论和评判技术为基础,将互联网技术和建(构)筑物可靠性分析评定理论有机结合起来,提出了基于Internet/Intranet的建(构)筑物可靠性评判系统,实现了既有建(构)筑物可靠性的日常管理及远程分析、诊断与管理.并通过在电力系统变电站建(构)筑物可靠性评定中的应用,详细介绍了该系统的主要评判过程和步骤,验证了评判系统的实用性. |

| Abstract: | Based on the basic theory of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and evaluating technology,combining internet technology with reliability analysis of buildings,the evaluation system of reliability of buildings using internet and intranet is presented.The daily management,remote analysis,diagnosis and management of existing building's reliability have been realized.Through the application in buildings of electric substation, the main evaluation process and steps of this system are introduced detailedly.And its(practicability) has been verified. |
