摘    要:提出一种基于分段原理的逐板计算静态数学模型,可以方便地应用于二元精馏过程的在线优化.该模型求解速度快,稳定性好,便于在线校正,远远优于逐板机理数学模型.通过对某三十万吨乙烯装置中乙烯精馏塔的应用研究,取得了满意的结果

Abstract:In this paper, a new-static binary distillation model based on compartment princi- ple is proposed. It is easy to solved and updated.on line. Moreover, the CPU time needed is extremely reduced as compared with that of the mechanism stage-by-stage model. It is suit- able for the on-line optimization of binary, distillation. Application studies on an ethylene distillation column have been carried out to evaluate the modeling procedure, and it is con- cluded that modeling methodology is much superior to the mechanism ones.
