摘    要:发酵法生产味精工艺中 ,提取味精后的废液内含有大量的谷氨酸菌体蛋白 ,对其絮凝过滤机理进行了研究 ,采用高分子化合物作为絮凝剂 ,用絮凝过滤方法分离提取谷氨酸菌体蛋白 .该方法操作简单、菌体得率高

Abstract:Based on the study of the mechanism of flocculation and filtration in the production of monosodium glutamate by fermentation, using macromolecular compounds as flocculant, a single cell protein is obtained by separating and desiccating wastewater (containing a great deal of glutamic acid mycelium protein) after monosodium glutamate being extracted. The operation is simple and the recovered rate is high. This single cell protein is one of the nourishing and valuable protein sources and is propitious to the reduction of pollution sources and the protection of environment.
