摘    要:利用糖蜜废水驯化、培养微生物絮凝剂产生菌Pseudomonas fluorescensC-2,通过单因素试验和正交试验设计优化得到该菌株产絮凝剂的最佳培养条件:培养基C∶N∶P为100∶5∶1,培养时间为48 h,培养基初始pH值8.0,糖蜜废水COD浓度8 000 mg·L^-1,培养温度为30℃,摇床转速为150 r·min^-1.在此培养条件下产生的絮凝剂对高岭土悬浊液絮凝率达94.75%,且对多种废水有较好的净化效果,对废水中色度和浊度的去除率均在80%以上,对COD的去除率为53.66%-85.33%,说明利用糖蜜废水培养絮凝剂产生菌C-2是完全可行的.

Abstract:The microbial flocculant -producing bacteria C -2 is domesticated and cultivated by molasses wastewater, the optimum culture conditions of strain obtained by means of single factor test and the orthogonal test are that C : N : P ratio is 100 : 5 : 1, the cultivated time is 48 h, initial pH is 8.0, COD of the molasses wastewater 8 000 mg · L^-1 , cultivated temperature 30 ℃and rotating speed is 150 r · min^-1 Under the optimum cultivation conditions, the floeculent rate for kaolin suspension is high to 94.75% . Then the microbial flocculants are applied to treat the different actual wastewater. The results indicate that turbidity and color removal rate can be above 80%, and COD removal rate ranges from 53.66% to 85.33%, which shows that the method is feasible.
