| 摘 要： | 目的分析腮腺肿瘤的SCT表现，探讨SCI＂对腮腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的49例腮腺肿瘤的SCT表现。结果49例患者中，良性肿瘤33例，恶性肿瘤16例，SCT对腮腺肿瘤的定位准确率为100％，SCT能清晰显示腮腺肿瘤的位置、边缘、密度与周围组织结构的关系和颈部淋巴结情况。结论SCT对腮腺肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the SCT appearance of parotid tumors and the diagnostic value of SCT for parotid tumors. Methods SCT features of 49 cases with parotid tumors pruved surgically and pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 49 cases, there were 33 benign tumors, 16 malignant tumors. The localized diagnostic rate of the lesions was 100 % for SCT. SCT could clearly demonstrate the location, border, density, and the delineation of tumor and lymph adenopathy of neck. Conclusion SCT was a useful diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid tumors. |
