香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔内灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液

目的观察香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔内灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法80例经病理学或细胞学证实的恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。均应用中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺置管引流后，治疗组胸腔内注入顺铂和香菇多糖，对照组胸膜腔注入顺铂，每周1次，连续2～3次，4周后评价疗效、生活质量改善和毒副反应。结果治疗组总有效率和生活质量改善率均优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组毒副反应无差异。结论香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔内灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液临床效果好，毒副反应小，值得临床推广。

Treatment of malignant pleural effusion with intrapleural injection lentinan and cisplatin

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of malignant pleural effusion with intrapleural injection lentinan and cisplatin. Methods 80 cases diagnosed by cytology or pathology for malignant pleural effusion were divided into 2 groups randomly, treatment group and control group, with 40 cases each group. Use central venous catheters to effuse the malignant pleura/effusion in treatment group（lentinan and cisplatin） and control group（cisplatin）. The treatment was repeated once every week for two or three weeks, to oberve therapeutic effect, life quality amelioration and poisonous side reaction of two groups after four weeks. Results The total effective rate and life quality amelioration rate of treatment group preponderated over control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in the tosicities of two groups. Conclusion High effect was obtained in malignant pleural effusion with intrapleural injection lentinan and cisplatin and it is a promising therapy with minor side reaction.
