穿山龙水提取物对大鼠血液生化指标作用的研究

目的研究穿山龙水提取物对大鼠血液生化指标的影响。方法大鼠游泳训练力竭后测定其血液中总胆固醇（TG）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）和极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）含量、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷草转氨酶（GOT）、谷丙转氨酶（GPT）活性及血糖（BS）、丙二醛（MDA）和全血血红蛋白（Hb）含量。结果穿山龙水提取物能使力竭运动训练大鼠TC的含量显著下降；HDL的含量显著升高；LDL和VLDL的含量显著下降；SOD活性、BS、Hb含量显著升高；MDA含量、GOT活性显著下降。结论穿山龙水提取物对运动训练大鼠可显著降低血脂、清除运动产生的脂质过氧化物和提高BS、Hb含量。

Research of Dioscorea water extracts on blood biochemical indices of rats

Objective To observe the effect of Dioscorea water extracts on blood biochemical indices of rats. Methods The content of total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein（HDL）, low density lipoprotein（LDL） and very low density lipoprotein （VIX）L）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, Glutamic - oxalacetic Tmnsaminase（GOT）, Glutamic- pyruvic transaminase（Glrl＇）, the of Malondialdehyde（MDA）, blood sugar（BS） in serum and Hemoglobin（Hb） in blood were determined and analyzed in rats after swimming training. Results The results showed that comparing with control group, the activity of SOD and BS enhanced consequently, the activities of GOT, GPT and MDA increased evidently in swimming training group, the activity of SOD and the content of BS and I-Ib increased evidently, while the content of MDA and the activity of GOT, GPT decreased evidently in swimming training and treated Water extracts groups. Conclusion Dioscorea Water extracts could decrease the content of TC, LDL and VLDL evidently, and could increase the content of HDL evidently in blood; delete lipid peroxide produced in training and increase the content of BS and Hb of exercise training rats.
