| 摘 要： | 目的观察机械通气对急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征的治疗效果。方法32例中间综合征（IMS）均采用机械通气治疗,总结其临床表现特点与治疗经过,提出其治疗经验。结果32例IMS患者均采用有创机械通气,29例存活,放弃1例,死亡2例。结论及时识别重度急性有机磷中毒中间综合征的发生,并尽快采用机械通气,是抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of mechanical ventilation on acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning（AOPP） complicating with intermediate syndrome（IMS）. Methods 32 cases with AOPP complicated with IMS in our hospital were treated invasive mechanical ventilation. Results 29 of 32 cases were survived, 2 died and 1 withdrawn. Conclusion Identifying early IMS complicated by severe AOPP and prompt use of the invasive mechanical ventilation are the keys of successful treatments of such patients. |
