蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)叶片蒸腾速率的因子分析

摘    要:利用LI-1600稳态气孔计测定了蚕叶片蒸腾速率的日变化,以及水分胁迫下蒸腾速率的变化,探讨了环境因子对蚕豆叶片蒸腾速率的影响,结果表明,光量子通量密度是影响蒸腾速率的主要气象因子,土壤含水量影响叶片相对含水量,并通过气孔扩散阻力来影响蒸腾速率。

Abstract:By using LI 1600 steady state porometer, the transpiration changes of the Vicia faba L.leaves were determined through a day and under the condition of the water stress, in order to evaluate the effect of environmental factors on the transpiration rate of the Vicia faba leaves. The result indicated that PFD is the principal meteorological factor influencing transpiration. The soil water content influenced the relative water content of leaf leaves, and also influenced the transpiration by stoma diffusing resistance.
