土荆芥残渣腐解液对大豆根尖抗氧化系统的影响

摘    要:以入侵植物土荆芥未去精油残渣和去精油残渣为材料,分析了土荆芥通过残株腐解途径释放的化感物质对大豆根尖细胞抗氧化系统的影响.结果表明:在土荆芥未去精油残渣腐解液作用下,大豆根尖抗氧化系统受到显著抑制,随着处理时间延长和腐解液浓度增大,根尖中超氧岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)呈现先升高后降低的趋势,O2.-产生速率增大,MDA含量增加;在土荆芥去精油残渣腐解液的作用下,随着处理时间延长和腐解液浓度增大,大豆根尖中O2.-产生速率增大,SOD活性和CAT活性先升高后降低,但MDA含量降低,POD活性高于对照,在一定程度上可以减轻活性氧造成的氧化损伤.因此,土荆芥通过残株腐解释放的化感物质在一定程度上破坏了大豆根尖抗氧化酶系统,并打破了活性氧产生和清除的平衡.土荆芥未去精油残渣腐解液的化感效应大于去精油残渣腐解液的化感效应.

Abstract:Allelopathic effects of decomposition liquids from the residue with essential oil and removing essential oil of Chenopodium ambrosioides on antioxidant enzyme in Glycine max root tip were studied.The results showed that the antioxidant enzyme system of Glycine max L.root tip were significantly inhibited by the decomposition liquids from the residue with essential oil of C.ambrosioides.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) were increasing and then decreasing,and the production of O·-2 and content of MDA were enhanced along with increasing of decomposition liquids concentration and treating time.After treated with decomposition liquids from the residue removing essential oil of C.ambrosioides,in soybean root tip cells,production of O·-2 increased,content of MDA decreased,and the activities of SOD and CAT were also increasing at the beginning and then decreasing,but the activity of POD gone up steadily along with the increasing of decomposition liquids concentration and treating time,which can reduce the oxidative damage to soybean root tip cells in a certain degree.These results suggested that antioxidant enzyme system of receptor were inhibited,and the balance of production and removal of active oxygen were broken by allelochemicals of C.ambrosioides released through decomposition of the plant.The decomposition liquids from the residue with essential oil showed stronger allelopathic effects than the decomposition liquids from residue removing essential oil on antioxidant enzymes system of receptor.
