| 摘 要： | 从一微生物菌群中分离出一株能在酸性环境下生长的菌株，对菌株的个体形态，生理生化特性进行了分类研究，确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌（Bocilus subtilis)其主要特性以及芽孢形成，与标准模式菌株相同，该菌株不仅能在pH值为5．7的酸性环境长势良好，在pH值为5．1仍然能够生长，但不能在pH值为４．７的条件下生长。

Characterization of a
Acid-resistant Bacterial Strain of Bacillus subtilis |

| Abstract: | A acid-resistant gram-positive bacterial strain was isolated fromsoil and characterized with morphological, physiologic and biochemical analysis. The results indicated that this was a Bacillus subtilis species strain. It can utilize glycerol as carbon and energy source. This strain can grow in the medium with 100 g/L NaCl, and at pH 5.1, as well as the model strain can grow at pH 5.7. Therefore, the strain Bsh01 shows somewhat acid-resistant and salt-resistant properties. |
