摘    要:无铅压电陶瓷的研究和开发是当前压电铁电材料领域的研究热点之一.综述了Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3基、K1-xNaxNbO3基、铋层状结构、钨青铜结构及BaTiO3基5类无铅压电陶瓷的研究进展,分析和评价了陶瓷体系、改性方法、制备工艺及陶瓷的压电铁电性能,重点讨论了Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3基与K1-xNaxNbO3基无铅压电陶瓷的体系构建、相变特性及电学性能的温度稳定性等关键科学和技术问题,并就无铅压电陶瓷今后的研究开发提出了几点建议.

Abstract:For environmental protection reasons, lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have attracted considerable attention recently. In this paper, the recent researches and development of Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3-based, K1-xNaxNbO_3-based, Bi-layer structure, tungsten bronze structure and BaTiO_3-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are summarized and reviewed in detail. This paper analysizes and appraises the ceramic system, modification methods, process technology and piezoelectric ferroelectric properties. The phase transition and temperature stability of Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3- and K1-xNaxNbO_3-based lead-free ceramics are emphatically discussed. The future work on lead-free piezoelectric ceramics is also suggested.
