| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了城市化的内涵,动力及世界城市化发展趋势,同时参照世界城市化发展道路,根据我国国情和自贡市情分析了自贡市至2020年城镇化规划的可行性,最后指出自贡实施城镇化规划的策略重点在于选择“双轨制”城镇化发展道路;尽快调整产业部门结构以积累更多资金和吸收转移更多的农业劳动力;做好乡镇企业发展门类的选择以适应“双轨制”城镇化发展道路的需要.

| Abstract: | According to the tendency of urbanization in the world as well as Zigong's established characteristics and Chi-na's national conditions,the article expounds the streategy ways that will bring Zigong to the integration of citiesand towns by 2020.These ways include choice of The Double Tracks for the city's development,adjustments ofindustrial structure as soon as possible in order to accumulate more money and transfer more farm labour force,and the best choice in the type of township enterprises that could adapt to the need of The Double Tracks of thecity's development. |
