| 摘 要： | 以三氯甲烷提取、气相色谱法测定摇头丸中的盐酸氯胺酮含量 ,线性范围 1.0× 10 -3 — 4.0× 10 -1mg/ml,回归方程为 y =1.40 2× 10 7x +8.193× 10 4 (r =0 .998) ,检测限为 2 .0× 10 -4 mg/ml,回收率 90 .3 %。
