| 摘 要： | 建立北京科技园区，应当从全国、全世界的高度作战略性的思考。要想使北京的科技园区超常发展，就要有超常的思路与超常的措施，就像当年建设深圳特区要有超常的思路与超常的措施一样。一个经济特区，一个科技特区，是推动我国经济发展的两翼，缺一不可。有了它们，生产力与生产关系的相互关系才能处于最佳的状态，我国经济才能不断地腾飞。

| Abstract: | To establish Beijing technological garden,one should make strategic insights from the point of the country and the globe.It is necessary to have an extraordinary thinking and measurement in order to make it develop in an extraordinary and rapid way,analogue to Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.One special economic zone and one special technological zone,like two wings,are the prime momentum for continuous promotion of the development of China's economy. |
