| 摘 要： | 介绍FS－120型粉丝机挤压机理与它的流量计算。通过对食品面团的流变特性分析，建立流量公式，选择挤压螺杆的各项参数，计算出FS－120型粉丝机的产量。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the extrusion mechanism and flowrate calculation of FS-120 Model vermicelli machine, sets up the formula of flowrate by analyzing the rhetoric property of food dough, calculates out the production quantity of this machine by selecting all the parameters of the extrusion bolt-rod. |
