宁夏耕地可持续利用研究

在摸清宁夏耕地利用现状及存在问题的基础上，通过分析影响宁夏耕地可持续利用的两大障碍因素－－有形减量、隐型减量，提出了实施土地用途管制、加强土地利用总体规划、加速环境治理、合理开发利用土地资源等耕地可持续利用的基本途径与对策。

Sustainable use study of cultivated land in Ningxia

This thesis interprets the strategic significance of the sustainable use of Ningxia cultivated land, systematically analyses the two obstacles-negative tangible increment and negative intangible increment which cause the sustainable utilization of Ningxia cultivated land, and then points out the countermeasures such as to set up the use regulation of cultivated land, to improve the general planning of cultivated land, to strengthen environmental treatment and to implement the balance administration of cultivated land.
