大学生思想政治教育和就业工作二者相互联系，相互促进。为了适应当前就业形势和大学生就业的需要，高校在就业工作中必须加强大学生思想政治教育。突出理想信念教育，加强就业形势政策教育、诚信教育、职业道德教育、创业教育、心理健康教育，引导和帮助大学生树立正确的成才观和就业观、培养优良的道德品质和积极的人生态度，对于促进高校毕业生就业具有积极作用。
