摘    要:企业绩效分析是企业管理研究生的重要课程和学习内容之一,要在教学中做到从理论到实践上好这门课程,最有效的就是体验式教学模式。体验式教学模式是在实践中学习、在研究中探索、在体验中提升的教学创新方式。这种教学方式即注重教学方式的设计和改进,又可对教学效果进行及时有效的控制和评价。因此,对于研究生教学和素质教育有着重要的创新意义。

Abstract:Enterprise Performance analysis is one of the important courses and studying contents for postgraduates major in business management. To complete this course well in theory and practice, the teachers should adopt the most effective model experiential teaching model. It is a creative method to study in practice, to explore in research, and to enhance in experience. Such teaching method focuses on the design and improvement of the methods themselves and makes an effective and in-time control and evaluation on teaching results. Therefore, it is of significant innovative significance on post-graduate teaching and quality education.
