摘    要:当前我国硕士研究生教育中,主要存在学术型和应用型两种培养模式,前者侧重于培养研究生的理论深度与科研能力,后者侧重于培养研究生的技能提升与实践能力。两种培养模式并行不悖,各自具有自身的优势与局限。正在探索中的复合型研究生培养模式,本具有综合两种培养模式的优点,但在实践中仍然面临着考验。

Theoretical Thinking and Practical Exploration of Composite Postgraduates Cultivation Mode

Abstract:There are two main cultivation mode of current postgraduate education system in our country. They are academic and application mode. The former focuses on cuhivating postgraduates' theoretical depth and research ability, while the latter focuses on postgraduates' training skills and practical ability. The two cultivation modes run parallel, each with its own advantages and limitations. The composite grad- uate cultivating mode with advantages of the two cultivation mode which is being explored continue to have a realistic advantage and disadvantage.
